Once you have placed your order you have 24 hours to cancel if you’ve changed your mind.
Please note, once the order has shipped, we may not issue refunds unless there is a problem with the order e.g. the item is missing or damaged. We will issue refunds or store credit on a case by case basis.
If something isn’t right with your item, send us an email to “email@example.com” and we’ll resolve your issue, rest assured. We’ll grant part or full refunds or store credit in these circumstances.
Most of our products come with a whopping 2 year warrantee. The items that are from the Discover Aesthetics & Orthodontics do not have a 2 year warrantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You have 28 days after your original purchase date to ask for a refund if there is a problem with your item, email us “firstname.lastname@example.org" if the item is broken or defect, you can be refunded on your original payment method within this period. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
