When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Most of our products are prepared within 48 hours.
Discover Aesthetics & Orthodontics brands will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our Products come with fast shipping from popular delivery networks:
🇺🇸. Orders to the US are delivered within 2 - 7 days. (Usually 48 hours)
🇪🇺. Orders from within the EU are delivered within 2 - 7 days (Usually 48 hours)
🌎. International orders are typically delivered within 7 - 28 days

Please note: Discover Aesthetics & Discover Orthodontics products can take longer to be delivered. US orders are delivered within 4 - 14 days and for EU & rest of the world it can take 12 - 25 days. (Depending on location).

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this issue with your postal service. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
